Big Bass on Friday Night

On Friday June 24th at Lake Purdy, Alex Smeraglia and Paul Renda scored the biggest five fish limit of the season, 18.42 lbs. That included the Big Bass of the night 6.725 lbs which is just short of the Big Bass of the season which is 6.76 lbs caught by Jeff England in week 10. Mike Forrester and Scotty Lewis had their best catch of the season, 13.585 lbs, to capture second place. Charlie and Karen Burns finished third with 10.86 lbs. It's nice to see so many Big bass caught and released in the past few weeks as temperatures heat up.
